A. Shampoo works to open the hair cuticles and lift
away dirt and product build-up, so when the mask is used it will absorb more deeply into the hair to help repair and nourish from within. Finishing with conditioner helps to lock in moisture and seal the cuticles for nourished, shiny hair.

A. It’s important to remember that it might take a while for some hair types to get used to using our mask, so we ask that you be patient. Following Nicky’s instructions will help, but the mask takes time to work and for you to see results because it’s working deep within the hair,

A. This was one of Nickys chosen ingredient after years of using hair masks. This ingredient can penetrate into the hair fibre and help to repair and strengthen from within.

A. They are natural emollients, high in vitamin E and essential fatty acids which help to moisturise hair fibres to improve flexibility and reduce breakage

A. This is an essential ingredient for healthy hair, it helps to moisturise and strengthen the hair fibres.

A. We don't recommend using an expired product because you may not get its true or real benefits.

Q. CAN I USE THE LAZOU HAIR NUTRITION MASK ON DRY HAIR?
A. While the mask can be used on dry hair, we advise using it on wet hair to get the full benefits and the best results – and that’s the way Nicky uses it, too. Shampooed hair is clean and the cuticles are open, therefore the mask will absorb more deeply into the strands to heal from within, making it stronger, softer and healthier.

Q. CAN I GET THE SAME BENEFITS IF I APPLY THE MASK ON DRY HAIR BEFORE WASH?
A. Using the mask on dry hair will still make your hair feel nice but you won’t get the full benefits as using it on wet and shampooed hair.

HAIR DOWN?
A. No, Lazou Hair Nutrition Mask has a lightweight, cream-gel
texture that’s designed to absorb quickly into the hair shaft rather than sitting on the surface. It penetrates deeper than most masks, working quickly to provide optimum results. It doesn’t contain heavy, hard-to-rinse emollients or waxes either, which mean it will never weigh hair down or make it feel
greasy.

A. The scrunchie is made of micro fibre towel. This helps to absorb excess water.

A. The scrunchie is great to use on dry hair before bed and at the gym as it prevents kinks due to all the fabric.
It is light and comfortable on the hair and protects it from pulls and breakage.

A. Well it’s very bright and fun and it is intended to be used during your time for your self care. It is pink because of self care and Nicky wanted it bright and pink so that you can remember to be gentle to your hair and to love and protect your hair.

A. It is made with extra fabric to protect the hair, it is soft and gentle on the hair and may prevent kinks.

Q. WHY IS THE SCRUNCHIE GREAT TO USE WITH LAZOU MASK?
A. The microfibre scrunchie is created to use along side Lazou mask. When hair is wet it is very sensitive and when pulled back it can snap if not careful. This scrunchie helps to hold your hair away from your face with no or minimal damage and absorbs any excess water. It’s Like a towel scrunchie.
