It depends on where in the world you’re ordering from, but it should arrive within 3-7 working days.

I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT DO I DO?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES?

There will be no import duties for UK customers, but all international customers will have to pay additional import tax and duty fees.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT HAS FAILED?

There are several reasons why an order could fail. In the first

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RECEIPT?

An order confirmation will be sent to you via email shortly after
your purchase. Delivery information can be found in your Lazou account if you’ve created one.
